JobMate AI is a job platform built for Cameroon’s job market. Job seekers get roles ranked by how well they fit their profile, then a CV and cover letter written for each job. Recruiters get a dashboard to post jobs and screen candidates with AI. It is now being piloted to measure whether AI really leads to better job matches.
